What are the common acute conditions treated at Essencia?
As a family Practice clinic, we have expertise in treating all minor acute illnesses or condition. The common conditions we treat include, but not limited to, flu, cough, sore throat, pink eye, runny nose, allergies, diarrhea, vomiting, ear infection, bladder infection, skin infection, cuts, bruises, sprains and strains.

When do I need to see a doctor for my acute illness?
You should call your doctor if you or your child has one or more of the following conditions:

- If you have persistent fever, lethargy or unable to keep liquids or food down
- If your sick child is younger than 3 months of age and has fever or is lethargic
- If you are at risk of serious complications due to suppressed immunity
- If you have tried over-the-counter medications but your symptoms are not better
